DESCRIPTION
- Learn and implement best practices for library exhibitions, including preparation, layout, design, and installation.
- Assist with label creation, including editing, formatting, printing, and mounting.
- Support exhibition citations, copyright clearance, and image management.
- Contribute to public programming and outreach activities such as exhibit websites, social media posts, and event planning.
- Participate in meetings with faculty, students, and other project partners curating exhibitions.
- Curate materials, research and write copy, and develop exhibit design for a small exhibition.
- Manage the Hubbard Exhibition Case, including communication with curators, layout development, monthly installations, and related online content.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree and current enrollment in or recent graduation from a graduate program.
- Interest in learning exhibition design and implementation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

SALARY
$18.00 / HR
