The Library of North Carolina is now accepting scholarship applications for North Carolina library staff to attend the 2026 Association for Rural and Small Libraries Conference, September 16-19, 2026, in Montgomery, Alabama. There are scholarship opportunities for both in-person and virtual conference attendance.
