DESCRIPTION
The circulation associate is responsible for providing customer service assistance in all areas of the department and at the public service desk. Duties include, but are not limited to, ability to provide information about library and community (in person/over phone), assist patrons in resolving account issues, issuing library cards, processing materials through circulation in a timely and efficient manner, assist patrons in meeting rooms, pulling holds, retrieving books from book drop, shelving, and weeding.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s Degree, one year of customer service experience.
SALARY
$30,000.00 / ANNUALLY
