DESCRIPTION
A minimum of a master’s degree is required. Candidates should have experience working in library reference services or a related field. The ability to work evenings and the occasional Sunday. Applicants must also have experience troubleshooting basic technology issues. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary. The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent reference services.
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Charlotte Campus location upon hire.
