DESCRIPTION
The Adult Services Outreach Program Specialist plays a vital role in expanding access to library resources, programs, and services for adults in the community. This position focuses on developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage and connect with adults of all backgrounds and interests, including underserved populations. The Adult Services Outreach Program Specialist collaborates with community organizations, senior centers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote the library's adult services and create meaningful opportunities for lifelong learning, personal enrichment, and community engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree library science or bachelor’s degree in communications, adult education, or other related field.
Proven experience in adult services, community outreach, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with adults of diverse backgrounds and interests.
