Description: Maintain accurate activation and management of electronic databases, eBooks, and government documents Support metadata accuracy, system consistency, and data integrity across Alma, discovery systems, and external systems (e.g., Tipasa, Springshare, OCLC Worldcat). Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by users and staff. Maintain and track subscription records, KBART files, and license terms under guidance from the Assistant Director. Support collection assessment through usage statistics and reporting. Participate in projects to improve workflows and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Through careful attention to detail and system accuracy, the Electronic Resources Technician helps maintain the integrity, discoverability, and accessibility of the library’s electronic collections in support of teaching, learning, and research.
Qualifications: Completion of high school and two year's experience in office support, preferably as a library technician in a library.
Salary: $33,540.00 -$41,585.00
